As the Social Media Manager for the team, I took charge of crafting brand-focused templates and curating captivating content across Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. My role extended beyond mere posting; I cultivated meaningful connections with followers and supporters of the hockey team, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
My approach to content creation was characterized by a keen sensitivity to aesthetic choices and brand identity, ensuring that every post resonated with the team's values and personality. I leveraged creativity-relevant marketing communication tactics to captivate and delight our audience, driving meaningful interactions and fostering brand loyalty.
Moreover, I honed my skills in literacy through various communication channels and tools, enabling me to effectively communicate the team's message and enhance its brand reputation. One notable initiative I spearheaded was the introduction of an organization-wide game day trend, where the player of the game was interviewed, adding a personal touch to our social media strategy and deepening fan engagement.
Thanks to these efforts, we saw remarkable results, with a notable 35% increase in followers and a substantial 45% boost in engagement. This not only amplified the team's online presence, it also solidified its connection with fans, laying a strong foundation for future growth and success.
